Styles
Although freestyle is focused around creativity and originality, most freestylers can relate
with these 6 basic styles.
As the sport develops into a multi-discipline art, more styles may be added on the future.
Uppers
All tricks perfumed with the "Upper" part of the body
Sitdowns
Tricks performed sitting down , this includes holding the ball on the sole of the foot.
Lowers
Tricks performed with the lower part of the body. Also known as "Airmoves"
Blocking Style
Consist of performing tricks while holding the ball between both legs, knees or ankles.
Transitions
The flow between most styles effortlessly. Advanced, for experienced freestylers.
Miscellaneous
Creative tricks that don't fall under any of the the previous styles.
